Prom is coming up and Peter needs money for a suit, so he starts working at the Daily Bugle for money, selling pictures of Spider-Man. The city still doesn't really like Spider-Man because they think he killed Captain George Stacy in the last movie so J Jonah Jameson and Norman Osborn collaborate to have Spider-Man turned in. an assassin for hire, Mac Gargan, signs up to be tested on by Oscorp, he is turned into the living weapon Scorpion to capture Spider-Man. Spider-Man must juggle all of the responsibilities he has and defeat Scorpion before his prom is ruined.
