Hank Pym is a brilliant scientist who used his discovery of Pym's shrinking particles, the suit that could survive the process, and the waves of communication from insects, to become the superhero known as Giant Man. He would later adopt new identities. like Yellowjacket or the original Ant Man being one of the founding members of the Avengers. He will stick with his original identity, Giant Man, after Scott Lang took up the mantle of Antman.
