Mycroft's ba-sib and lover. Scarred all over his body by a firey explosion during his adolescence, and presumed dead to the world, Mycroft saved him with grafts of his own skin. Saladin is completely hairless due to the combination of burn damage and those skin grafts. Additionally, everyone else in the setting begins taking a drug at age 7 that halves the effect of aging on their bodies, but Saladin has not taken this drug since his faked death. Therefore, he's one of the few characters to actually look as old as he is, if not older due to stress.
