Teresa Parker is the daughter of Diplomatic Security Service agent Richard Parker, Teresa, whose whereabouts of Richard Parker remain unknown, Teresa was adopted in Seattle, and there she became a Police Officer AND Partner of David Albright.

Description of Richard Parker (Only in FlashBack):

4th Season: Richard Parker first appears in the first episode of Season 4, where Richard is seen in an orphanage telling Teresa that he was going on another mission when she was a child, Teresa then wakes up scared in her bed, and decides to try to find out the truth about the disappearance of her father Richard Parker.
