Description of Norton G. Fester (Looter):

1th Season: Norton G. Fester is a minor antagonist in the series, he is a Marauder who was hired by Luke Carlyle to break into and steal weapons equipment, from a building that creates weapons, to equip in the armor that Carlyle will use to finish off Teresa parker and create a new world order, Norton then after stealing some weapons parts calls Carlyle by phone and tells him that in a few days Carlyle will receive his weapons equipment, Carlyle then thanks and tells Norton that he will have his reward (money) deposited in Your NY account.
