Synopsis

Teresa Parker is the daughter of Diplomatic Security Service agent Richard Parker, Teresa, whose whereabouts of Richard Parker remain unknown, Teresa was adopted in Seattle, and there she became a Police Officer AND Partner of David Albright.

Description of Mayor Harris:

1th Season: After Teresa suspected Carlyle, she went to town hall to talk to the mayor about Carlyle. The mayor reveals that he already knew about the Carlyle. So he offers to help her. He sends Teresa to get evidence against Carlyle. Teresa receives evidence from Carlyle with other criminals running the remnants of Foswell's empire in New York last year. The mayor says it's not enough and more evidence is needed about him in New York. When Teresa returns from New York with this evidence, the mayor summons her to a meeting. The mayor says that he wanted to tell her something, before saying what it was, he is shot in the head by one of the Carlyle's henchmen and dies.
