Teresa Parker is the daughter of Diplomatic Security Service agent Richard Parker, Teresa, whose whereabouts of Richard Parker remain unknown, Teresa was adopted in Seattle, and there she became a Police Officer AND Partner of David Albright.

Description of Boomerang:

1th Season: As Teresa returns to her apartment on her motorcycle after celebrating with her boyfriend David for helping the police arrest James Beverly and one of the human fly duos, Boomerang Who is Teresa's favorite miscreant, shows up when she least expects it, Boomerang comes across a parking lot near where she was surprised, by him, and then catches up to him the two then start to fight hand to hand, teresa then hears an explosion coming from a building, and boomerang reveals that Luke Carlyle hired him to distract her teresa then steals a parked mustang to go to the explosion site
