Based on the 1987 Ninja Turtles TV series. In the middle of the Mojave Desert, when Rocksteady & Bebop spill a few buckets of water in the dirt, it turns to mud, and Krang has an idea of using his mutagen to create mutant mud monsters to take over New York City, and Shredder and his goons tag along with them in case the Turtles try to get in their way. If the Turtles don't stop the mud monsters along with Shredder, the city will be all muddy. From the creators of Legend of the Three Caballeros (2018).
