Oroku Saki, a violent samurai and a former childhood friend/adoptive brother of Master Splinter, soon gets the upper-hand of running New York's criminal underworld, sending Leo, Raph, Donnie, Mikey, April, Leatherhead and a new ally named Casey Jones out to save Splinter when he is captured. In the chaos, Krang and Baxter Stockman plan to reactivate the Technodrome and pilot it out of the New York harbor to destroy the city.
