A Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (based on the 1987 TV series) 24-minute special. It's been so long since the Turtles told Donald J. Lofty that Fenton Q. Hackenbrush was planning on destroying the entire sewer system of New York in order to build condos and he got fired. Now Fenton Q. Hackenbrush blames the Turtles for getting him fired in the first place and vows to get even with them with a little help from Shredder and his 2 goons by creating Ninja Turtle Robots and commanding them to frame the real Turtles for every crime in the city! When the Turtles realize it was Hackenbrush & Shredder who are behind this, they must destroy the Ninja Turtle Robots, stop Shredder, bring Hackenbrush to justice and clear their names.
