Baxter Stockman has returned to New York to plot his revenge against Shredder, Krang, and especially the Turtles for turning him into a fly, but not without the help of his twin brother, Barney Stockman. As he and Barney invent a machine called a Flyovator 3000, they're planning to kidnap the Turtles and use them as bait to transform Shredder into a fly! Someone better find a fly swatter because Baxter Stockman and his brother are going to be swatted by the Turtles when they get free! From the creators of Legend of the Three Caballeros (2018).
