Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Don't Cactus Why

Based on the 1987 Ninja Turtles TV series. Since the Technodrome is stranded in the Mojave Desert, the effects of Donatello's mini-fier wear off, then it grows back to normal size, and Krang plans to make more mutagen to create more mutants and settle the score with the Turtles. But after Bebop & Rocksteady carelessly dump the mutagen out, it touches some cacti in the desert and causes them to mutate into mutant cactus monsters. Shredder plans to have the cactus monsters to do his bidding, return to New York, and deal with the Turtles personally. Meanwhile, the Turtles are happy with Shredder & Krang being stranded in the Mojave, but when they turn on April's afternoon news report, they notice that Shredder, his 2 goons, and the cactus monsters have arrived in New York to wreak havoc, and they must stop them.
