Synopsis

It has been half a year since the forming of the TMNT, and the defeat of Oroku Saki's Foot Clan, but the story does not end here... as the evil Baxter Stockman plans to mutate the world alongside his new ally from Dimension X, Krang. Who is planning to invade Earth with his army of Rock Soldiers, and a fleet of Kraang Robots, when the invasion is underway, humanity will soon fall to a standstill. Two times the evil, two times the trouble. As the Turtles battle in a race against time to save humanity from both Baxter Stockman and Krang. Before the villains mutate the entirety of the Earth!

After a humiliating defeat in the hands of the Turtles and the arrest of Baxter Stockman, Krang decides to find some other buyers... by arms dealing with fellow villains. Those being: Joker Professor Exclamation Mrs. Melisha Tweedy Aunt Grandma Queen Vexus of Cluster Prime. Elmer Fudd Gargamel Zeebad Old Hob Rasputin Demongo Lex Luthor Kang and Kodos of Rigel-7. And lastly... Sideshow Bob.
