Based on the 1987 Ninja Turtles TV series. After the Turtles attempt to stop Shredder & Krang from using a ray gun called a "bad luck ray," it hits Michelangelo and he's suffering from bad luck. It turns out to be a huge problem, so the other Turtles have to figure out how to take the bad luck ray from Shredder and reverse the effects to get the bad luck out of Michelangelo. Speaking of Shredder, he and his mutant flunkies are out in New York wreaking havoc by using the bad luck ray on innocent people! The Turtles must stop him before he becomes unstoppable.
