Synopsis

It's the year 1991 in New York City, and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (based on the 1987 TV series) are returning for battle against their arch foe, Shredder, and more of their enemies. Plus, they still have the Turtle Van and the Turtle Blimp, but they also modify a used airplane and call it the Turtle Plane (looks like the Sea Duck from Disney's TaleSpin)! From the creators of Legend of the Three Caballeros (2018). Description of Shredder (Oroku Saki):

Shredder is a nasty dude with a metal face. His full proper name is Oroku Saki. When he was in Japan, he framed Hamato Yoshi for plotting to murder their sensei, then he turned the Foot Clan into an army of crime! He wears a tin helmet with a tin mask around his mouth & nose. On his shoulders, arms, hands and legs are blades as sharp as razors. He wears a purple cape and a skin tight dark gray outfit.
