Robin and the Teen Titans were just having a 2 year vacation from fighting crime, but.. it turned out that the vacation turns very boring.. so, they have Raven regrettingly free Atlas, Terra, Brother Blood, Brain, Blackfire and Slade from prison so that they can join forces, but only for the Titans can pull off pranks. when they actually join forces though, the Titans regret their choice, so they must stop these foes!
