Synopsis

After the events of Teen Titans and Justice League Part II and III; the Titans have now become the second most popular and known superhero team after the Justice League, and now they reunite themselves to stop Brother Blood who intends to extend his authoritharian control all over the world but a group known as the Brotherhood of Evil leadered by Madame Rogue (who was also experimented alongisde her comrades by Blood) wants to destroy everything that Blood has built so then she and her Brotherhood can rule the world starting with Blood's homeland Zandia, will the Titans stop this Brotherhood Civil War? Spoilers: In a Post-Credits scene of the movie, Batman starts to doubt about the Teen Titans actions of how they work as a team and that the Justice League can't always be around to be involved in risky missions, he created Project: Outsiders with the intention of finding new non-primary superheroes who can join him in handling major threats that are endangering the Earth and its people, the Outsiders members are: Batman (leader and founder), Black Lightning, Katana, Metamorpho the Element Man, Green Arrow, Vixen, Halo and Blue Beetle.
