Synopsis

The Teen Titans are a group of young super heroes founded with the purpose that sidekicks can go throught their greatest potential and to learn about controlling your abilities and skills without fear of anyone or if anyone fears you, now a new group of Teen Titans are being trained by old members of the team to carry on the legacy and fight against the forces of evil.

Description of Kid Flash (Wally West II):

Wallace West is the nephew of Barry Allen's fiancé Iris West, he gained his powers by a Speed Force generator created by STAR Labs that malfunctioned and created an lightning storm where everyone in Central City including Wally gained speed powers like the Flash, except that the powers were only temporary but for Wallace it became permanent because of his strong connection to the Speed Force due to his powers, he wants to become Flash sidekick but it is too difficult of him because he can't gain a stable control of his speed, one day Cyborg approaches him and recruits him to the Teen Titans.
