Meanwhile, the mercenary Deathstroke, one of the most dangerous villains in the world, is putting together his own team: Gizmo, an inventor with dangerous gadgets, Mammoth, a massive mutant with incredible strength, Jinx, a manipulator with charisma, C-Mor, a sea monster, and Billy Numerous, a mathematical genius who can manipulate numbers. Their goal: to take over Gotham and establish their own "order."
