Since Dr. Liz Caper went back in time and made 4 teenage tyrannosaurus rex crime fighting heroes, Team Tyranno vows to protect the world from the evil Vicious Victory at any cost. One morning, Liz gets a letter from her brother, Dr. Hector Caper, who happens to be a mad scientist, saying that he will plan to destroy San Diego with a destruction device and get even with her for making a fool of him back in the day they were at a science fair. It's up to Team Tyranno to bring Dr. Liz's brother to justice and save San Diego.
