A famous model/actor who is a VIP member of the Golden Sun nightclub. He uses his money, influence and status to buy a young woman that he could rape and sexually assault every night in a nearby hotel and gets away with his various crimes, including DUI. Kyle pretends to be a fellow model who knew Victor in a modelling agency to gain access to the VIP room and after getting a job as a guard, Kyle exposes his perverse actions and punishes him at the junkyard and humiliates and coldly tells Victor that he was just his pawn when the latter tries to justify himself. His crimes are later exposed and Victor is sent to prison and blacklisted from Hollywood industry altogether.
