Season 2's fifth client. A single father who ended up on a downward spiral after his daughter Kara fell into a coma all because of being scammed by the Lotus Healing Hospital director Ava Marks. Since then he has been trying to protest against her and her hospital for medical malpratice. The Rainbow team at first decide not to take his request due to his unreliability as he turned into an alcoholic and looks raggard, much to Kyle's dismay. But FBI Agent Kirby Reed's advice is what finally motivates Kyle to help Matt save his daughter with the Rainbow team finally agreeing to help him as Kyle volunteers to be a patient at Lotus Healing Hospital.
