A longtime friend of Peter Parker, but he fell out with him for not donating his blood to cure his illness, he injected himself with a spider venom serum to try to cure himself, but ended up becoming a bizarre and psychotic creature. Harry was arrested after murdering Gwen Stacy, but returned in this film after allying with "the Gentleman" to lead the Sinister Six.
