After getting away with the assets of Cerberus, following the events of "Strings of Darkness", the newly-formed T-Gang (consisting of Tommy, Sparky and Matt) set their sights on Orlando, Florida. Things don't go as smoothly, though, as they end up facing off against R.U.S.T., a powerful gang controlling the city, as well as the force of the O.P.D.
