Synopsis

After 15 years of time for a crime he didn't commit, Benjamin Barker a.k.a. 'Sweeney Todd' returns home to London with a heart full of vengeance. Along the way, he develops a sinister partnership with meat pie baker Mrs. Lovett and sets up a barber shop in an attempt to lure Judge Turpin, the man that ruined his life and took everything he loved. Based on Stephen Sondheim's classic Broadway musical.

  • disneyjunkie1984two I am, hands down, a huge fan of the Sweeney Todd musical and it is necessary for me to make this story. what struck me to make this is I saw an image of little statues of Sweeney Todd and Mrs. Lovett that looked exactly like the images on the original musical's poster, which was what I used as a poster for the story. I would love to see it in a stop motion film with these designs of Sweeney and Lovett, it would be incredible.
