Synopsis

After a local woman Denise is killed in a ritualistic attack by a cult, she’s brought back to life by a man made of plants and vines. After the two start to talk everything out, Denise finds out the figures name was Alec Holland, a genetic researcher who went missing years ago. Denise is now affected by the same genetic mutation that Holland has, which leads them to falling in love with each other.

Corbin is the leader of the cult that killed Denise, they return to the swamp in order to kill another helpless person, but Denise and Alec get the jump on them. Killing Corbin in a brutally violent way.
