8 years after Cloud 9 closes, Zephra launches a new St Louis exclusive brand of stores called Starfall. Amy Simms, the former Manager of the Ozark Highlands Cloud 9 branch, is asked by Zephra to take over the new store, which is taking over the plot of land where Cloud 9 used to be, which has since become a magnet for teen raves and graffiti artists.
