Pachacamac is the leader of the echidnas. Like the rest of the echidnas, he wants honor for his tribe, but is quite gullible. When Robotnik tells him about Sonic, he believes him right away, and spends his time planning what to do about Sonic with Robotnik. Eventually, Pachacamac learns about Robotnik's true colors, and is destroyed by the Master Emerald.
