What If Rewrite
Set in 1984, 5 years after Superman 2, Kal-El returns to earth only to realize everyone has moved on from him and doesn't really seem to care. And have now praised Lex Luthor and voted him in for being a candidate as the next president. He decides to uncover the conspiracy of Lex building a duplicate of him along with building a cyborg out of a man named John Corben and building a new krypton in earth.
