Raymond Allen Liotta (December 18, 1954 – May 26, 2022) was an American actor and producer. His best-known roles include Shoeless Joe Jackson in Field of Dreams (1989), Henry Hill in Goodfellas (1990), and Tommy Vercetti in the video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (2002). His other roles included Ray Sinclair in Something Wild (1986), for which he received a Golden Globe nomination, as well as starring in Unlawful Entry (1992), Turbulence (1997), Cop Land (1997), Hannibal (2001), Blow (2001), John Q (2002), Identity (2003), Observe and Report (2009), Killing Them Softly (2012), The Place Beyond the Pines (2012), and Marriage Story (2019), as well as the drama series Shades of Blue (2016–2018).

Superman, the embodiment of hope has become a controversial topic in Metropolis and there are just as many people routing for him as there are trying to destroy him. While Clark struggles to keep his job, his relationship, and his secret identity Lex Luthor becomes president and makes his life oh so much worse. But he has another problem a cyborg, Metallo is causing chaos in Metropolis. Superman flies in to save the day but for the first time is defeated. Metallo's power source, Kryptonite is Supermans biggest weakness and Superman had to find another way to stop him. In their final battle just outside of Metropolis in a small town, Smallville, they fight one last time. While they battle in a large cornfield, Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen are there to report the whole thing. While Metallo focuses on taking down the reporters, Superman sees his opening and destroys the Cyborg. But only one person could have made that, Lex Luthor.
