Jonathan and Martha are thinking about telling him. At the end of the episode Clark was playing football With Pete Ross and throws the ball hard and ends up in the backyard basement and the ship is there loudly Saying “Kal-El”. Jonathan comes running and Tells Clark we were going to tell you
