(First appeared in Batman: Son of the Demon in 1987 as an unnamed infant and as Damian Wayne in Batman #655 in 1987 and was created by Grant Morrison and Andy Kubert.) Damian Wayne was Batman's long lost son, who was grown in an artificial womb and left to him by Talia Al Ghul in order to hinder him and take control of Wayne Enterprises. Growing up, Damian envied Tim Drake, the current Robin. Eventually, Damian replaced Tim, becoming the fifth Robin.
