After a mysterious surge of power disrupts the Smash multiverse, several fighters from the original tournament vanish, turned into lifeless trophies by Master Hand and Crazy Hand, their existence erased from memory, now, some of the heroes of the second tournament like Mario, Sonic, Pac-man, Mega Man, Rayman and others begin to uncover the truth. Guided by cryptic visions and lost fragments of code, they set out on a daring mission to rescue the forgotten fighters from a corrupted digital realm. As past and present collide, the team must battle twisted enemies, confront the legacy they’ve inherited, and challenge the very forces that govern their world, before the old generation is lost forever.
