Synopsis

When a series of mysterious abductions and thefts are linked to the U.S. military, Amanda Waller decides to assemble a special team of black ops personnel, comprised of villains and super-criminals, to investigate the situation from within.

Description of "What will you do when you can no longer control them?" (Mid-credits scene):

Waller receives a phone call, with the caller being revealed to be Maxwell Lord. He praises her for her success with the Suicide Squad and comments that she clearly knows how to work with metahumans, but wonders what would happen when she could not longer control them. He then states that he has a solution.
