The team consists of elite hitwoman Florence Lawton, former psychiatrist Harlon Quinzel, pyrokinetic ex-gangster Charice Santana, opportunistic thief Dinah Harkness, genetic mutant Wylla Jones, and specialized assassin Christina Weiss. They are placed under command of Colonel Rita Flag to be used as disposable assets in high-risk missions for the United States government.
