Kite man would have definitely been the polka dot man of the story. He’s a loser with a lame name, costume and abilities who tries to be a hero then villain but fails and is depressed and nobody respects him. Dies by explosion as he kite dives with a bomb into the beast while screaming the same last words. Or he flies around shooting kites and rockets at the beast to distract it; the beast swats him away with enough force to make him a smear on a wall, or knocks over a building and debris falls on him mid-air.
