Character Description

As Harley Quinn even comments, having already worked with the duo, Punch & Jewlee really are what Gotham could call Bonny & Clyde, where the challenge is not actually to stop their plans, but to separate them. Punch specifically broke out of one jail, only to be trapped in the one where his partner was.
