Former Dr. Louise, who decided to reproduce the experiment by the late friend Crystal Frost who gave her ice powers. Accompanied by her cold sarcasm, Killer Frost has a fearless and strangely sensible personality, because she still wants to live preferably, even if her prison time is not reduced as she would like. King Shark considers her funny, despite her sometimes disturbing mood.
