After the previous success of Task Force X, Amanda Waller sends the group on a second clandestine operation to assassinate a prominent terrorist of Bialaya. But they're interjected by another terrorist group lead by Kobra, who nearly unmasked the group, risking the public knowledge of thier existence. Amanda Waller decides to go rogue with the team and correct the mistake before the world knows of the team and her nasty ,secret actions.
