Amanda Waller assembles a group of mercenaries and cold villains to encounter a threat in Cadmus Lab, Midway City. The squad are kept in control using nanite bombs which can be detonated if they try to escape. Rick Flagg has to lead the group of crazy, nasty individuals with threats of double crossing and psychotic beings on the way.
