Even though Amadeus is revealed to be friendly, it’s physical appearance is far from inviting, even compared to the other abominations in the world of Struggling. It is a ginormous, grotesque mess of flesh and organs. It’s body is shaped like a human heart, it has a massive brain that seems to have grown and tore its way out the top of its head, it’s face has a single eye and a large mouth, though it is far from it's only eye. It has a long piece of flesh that dangles beside it, and lastly, an actual human heart can be seen in the center of the areas he is fought in. This heart is coated in a black cancer-like shell when it’s first encountered, but it is a healthy red underneath. Though by far Amadeus's most notable trait is that it is only capable of speaking by singing and yelling like an opera performer.
