Fan Casting Vega in Street Fighter

As an assassin of Shadowlaw, Vega complies with the commands of his master General M. Bison and only Cammy serves to be his equal in assassinations. Although the two don't see eye to eye nor enjoy working together, they still serve M. Bison and seek to hunt down enemies of their organization. Vega's vain obsession with his looks require that he wear a mask, so as to not grace his opponents with his beauty and to preserve it.
