Synopsis

Having taken over several provinces of Thailand, General M. Bison and his Shadowlaw forces seek to spread their influence and conquer more of Asia. In an attempt to stop him, the Allied Nations dispatches Colonel Guile and Interpol agent Chun-Li to infiltrate a tournament held by Bison who wishes to seek a new promising recruit for his organization.

Description of Vega:

As an assassin of Shadowlaw, Vega complies with the commands of his master General M. Bison and only Cammy serves to be his equal in assassinations. Although the two don't see eye to eye nor enjoy working together, they still serve M. Bison and seek to hunt down enemies of their organization. Vega's vain obsession with his looks require that he wear a mask, so as to not grace his opponents with his beauty and to preserve it.
