Fan Casting M. Bison in Street Fighter

Upon conquering most of Thailand, General M. Bison's grip as its dictator soon becomes a worldwide issue. In order to continue his conquest, he turns to science and technology in an effort to take on the entire world. At his behest, the Street Fighter tournament is created in order to find one champion strong enough to take his side to receive powers and glory beyond recognition.
