All characters must form an alliance against M. Bison, Zangrief, Akuma, Abon, Vega (Later Turns Good), Urien, to steal the ultimate weapon to make “Seth.” Cody Travers, Dan Hibiki, Juri, Abel, Hakan, Lei Feng, Dee Jay, Balrog, Rufus, will join later. The beginning opens with Ryu walking out an igloo absolutely jacked. He sees Gen, who is his masters assistance, Gen informs Ryu about M. Bison killing Gouken and stealing a powerful power to create a war ending and starting machine/weapon. Ryu holds his rage inside until Gen leaves. Ryu walked over to an iceberg which he destroys with one punch. Ryu meets with Ken and starts recruiting and gets gear and get into a couple battles before meeting M. Bison. They lose and Seth is built, but Cody and Urien are killed, and Rufus.
