Description of Angry Townsperson (Angry Guy At Town Hall, Mitchell Davison):

Mitchell Davison, more commonly known as the Angry Townsperson, is a resident of Hawkins, Indiana. He is in his 30s and has auburn hair and beard. During March of 1986, he attends the Town Hall meeting and helps the manhunt for Eddie Munson. Later, he walks his dog by the Creel House and notifies Andy about Erica on the playcenter.
