Description of Goldilocks: The Threat of Shaggy's Legacy (by Mephilesthedark):

After Shaggy has passed away, leaving his legendary legacy behind, the crystal that gave Shaggy his power, was dropped and left behind somewhere. But, one day, Black Shaggy, and imposter that originated from the Velma series, decided to absorb said crystal to not only gain powerful energy, but to become an evil imposter of Shaggy. Now Goldilocks & The 3 Bears, Goku, Gru and Garfield have to stop this threat before Black Shaggy has enough power to erase all of the heroes.
