Three years after Halloween II, Laurie and Loomis are dead, and Lee Brackett got fired as sheriff after burning down the Myers house. He has since moved to Langdon where his brother's family lives, including his niece, Alice and more importantly, her friend Cassie. Brackett is still trying to hunt Michael, believing he isn't dead and that he will come for him. It is revealed that Michael is not dead, and similar to Brackett... he wants vengeance. But who will outsmart who?
