Synopsis

The Twenty-second DCEU film features Virgil Hawkins is an intelligent and humorous young man who lives in the city of Dakota, with his father and sister. After being accidentally exposed to an unknown gas, he gains super electrostatic powers.

Description of Robert Hawkins:

he is the father of Virgil and Sharon and director of the Freeman Community Center. Robert was and still is a fan of the superhero Soul Power, he was a football player in high school (his nickname was "Rastro") and a professor of basketball player Shaquille O'Neal. His wife Jean Hawkins was killed in a major gang fight 5 years ago (the Dakota Riots)
