Synopsis

A child’s train set magically comes to life and the various engines compete to become the “Fastest – engine in the World”! The underdog, Rusty the Steam train, has little chance until he is inspired by the legend of the “Starlight Express” and ultimately defeats his arch-rivals Greaseball and Electra before going on to win the hand of the lovely first class coach, Pearl.

Description of Flat-Top:

A young brick truck who longs to become a new member of Greaseball's group so he can show the world just how bad he is. Flat-Top is a young punk, rebelling against anything he can, loving to get a reaction and a rise out of anyone. He is often seen trying to flirt with the female characters, particularly Ashley, Joule, and most unsuccessfully, Volta.
