Taking place sometime between Ultimates² and Ultimates³. Kevin Connor is the Starbrand, the host of the Earth's cosmic defense mechanism. Now holding nigh-unlimited power only to ensure his world's survival, Kevin has, needlessly to say, become a little stressed out. Kevin tries to return to his life on Earth only to get to college and find a familiar face waiting for him inside his dorm room.
